.Community Watch.
Have you ever had someone spam your Cbox, writing horrible or nasty things? Have you ever had someone steal from you, be it graphics or adoptions? Or maybe someone uses different emails to gobble up your adoptions. Whatever the case, community watch is in place to prevent all of that.

What We Do:
Everyone has an ip address, and they're relatively easy to figure out. Emails, Cboxes, they all have them. What community watch does is warn the offender upon receiving ligitimate proof of their transgressions. That's the first step. Once the offender in question is presented again with a negative act against another PC member [again upon receiving ligitimate proof], Community Watch will contact them again, notifying them that they need only violate one more PC member, and they will be marked. Once someone is marked, their ip address, aliases, and emails are sent out to all members of Community Watch to warn the PC of foul play. This does not condemn anyone, it merely puts a red flag on the person for violating other PC members, something that goes without any real consequences. And of course, you will receive on applying a small banner to ward off theives and the like from your site.

But why?:
When someone wrongs another person, there are always consequences. In a forum, the user is flagged. Why not in the PC? Why shouldn't PC members be notified of scammers and abusers? Does not the PC deserve the same respect and notification? If you prick a PC member, do they not bleed as a forum member would?
